Bayou Beat is a kaleidoscopic fusion of music, art and style that embodies the heart and soul of New Orleans. The project celebrates a new interpretation of the hip yet diverse subcultures that have defined the French Quarter and explores the musical and performance genres that have changed the course of global pop culture. TOCA offers an inspiring compilation of design, performance and interactive elements where Rio’s Carioca culture will groove to the heated rhythms of our Bayou Beat.
